The luxury apartments development sits on a one acre piece of land located in the prime Mbuya area in the outskirts of Kampala in Uganda.
A mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, totalling forty in number, have been designed over the four floors. At the roof top, one bedroom attic units have been designed to make maximum use of the roof space since the roof pitch is high and has created a lot of space under the roof which would have otherwise been wasted.
In addition to the apartments, a health club has been provided for with a gym, steam room, sauna, a small berbecue area and a swimming pool.
The project will cost USD 5 Million once completed.
