The proposal for the maisonettes is made on half acre piece of land (amalgamated from four plots each measuring an eighth of an acre). The amalgamated land measured 30m wide by 60m long.
A 9m road has been provided all along the shorter side of the site and a subdivision of 8No. lots made along the longer side. The eventual size of each lot is 7.5m wide by 21m long.
A three bedroom maisonette with a servants quarters is designed to fit within the lot with space for parking two cars at the front and a size-able garden at the rear.
The uniquely designed houses have a flat roof.
