The proposed house is sited on a 50ft by 100ft plot in Ruiru.
It has four bedrooms in total, three of them on the upper floor and a guest bedroom on the ground floor.
The house has a compact design that has enabled provision of adequate open space for garden and landscaping despite the small size of the plot. All this has been achieved without jeopardizing the sizes of the internal spaces.
