Sited on a half-acre piece of land in the pristine environment of Diani, second row from the beach, Villa Ekerenyo contains multiple units that can work both as one large establishment or several independent units. The villa will be for the private use of the owners and still be available to rent out to visitors of the beautiful white sandy Southcoast beaches.
Swahili style cladding with corals has been incorporated into the external cladding to break the lime plastered and painted surfaces of the walls. The project is making extensive use of local materials like the coral stone cladding, mazeras stones and quarry tiles for floors and locally obtained hardwoods for joinery and fittings.
