Our client wishes to develop a one acre piece of land they own on the second row of Watamu Beach in Kilifi into a small hospitality development that could host up to 40 guests at once with support facilities for meetings and conferences.
The project entails the construction of four villas, each with 5 bedrooms (all self contained) on three levels with the top level featuring a private terrace that can be exclusively used by the occupants of that villa. The villas come complete with a living room, dining room and spacious kitchen that supports self catering guests.
For guests who would like to enjoy hotel service, there exists a main building housing a restaurant and bar. A service area for the bar and restaurant is in place with kitchens and laundry areas. On the first floor of this building lies a conferencing facility that could host a meeting of up to 100 people.
The facility will have a recreational area for children in addition to a large swimming pool and expansive open areas for general relaxation.
The developer wishes to sell the villas to individuals and will be managing them for the buyers when the buyers are not using them.
