Arch. Martin Tairo Maseghe
Principal Architect & Founder

Martin Tairo Maseghe is an accomplished architect, public sector executive, and financial professional with extensive experience in architecture, urban development, infrastructure delivery, project management, and public administration. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the built environment, combining technical design expertise with strategic leadership, financial management, and governance.
With over a decade of professional experience, Martin has been involved in the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of projects across Kenya and the East African region. His portfolio includes residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, industrial, and public sector developments, successfully guiding projects from concept development through construction and completion.
Martin serves in senior county government leadership, overseeing infrastructure, housing, transport, public works, and energy programs. He has led the implementation of transformative initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, strengthening infrastructure, promoting sustainable development, and enhancing community resilience.
As both a registered architect and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), he combines design excellence with financial acumen and project governance expertise, enabling the delivery of practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that create long-term value.
His professional interests include sustainable architecture, infrastructure financing, rural urbanism, affordable housing, climate-resilient development, and the role of design in improving quality of life. He is passionate about creating environments that are functional, contextually responsive, and socially impactful.
Martin actively contributes to professional discourse through research, policy engagement, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that advance architecture, urban development, and public infrastructure. His leadership philosophy is founded on integrity, innovation, collaboration, and service, with a commitment to delivering lasting value for clients, communities, and future generations.

Arch. Macharia Mbugua
Architect
Arch. Macharia Mbugua is a registered architect and University of Nairobi graduate who serves as a key member of the Architecture Kenya Design Workshop team. He specializes in architectural design, project coordination, contract administration, and construction supervision, contributing to the successful delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments across Kenya.
Anne Rerai
Construction Project Manager
Anne Rerai is a construction management professional with a Bachelor of the Built Environment in Construction Management from The Technical University of Kenya. She specializes in project coordination, construction planning, site supervision, cost control, and sustainable building practices, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
Brian Munene
Architectural Assistant
Brian brings more than a decade's experience in project design and execution across 100+ projects, passionate about turning client dreams into realities, viewing each structure as embodiment of aspirations and goals, leveraging technology, coordinating consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and client satisfaction. Holds Diploma in Technology in Architecture from Technical University of Kenya.
