Project Overview

Nestled along the tranquil coastline of Kilifi, this elegant three-bedroom bungalow was designed to embrace the relaxed rhythm of coastal living. Every bedroom is ensuite, while the thoughtfully planned layout creates bright, airy interiors that are naturally cooled by the refreshing sea breeze and enhanced by distant views of the Indian Ocean. The architecture is defined by crisp white minimalist forms that contrast beautifully with the lush tropical landscape. Decorative window motifs provide both visual character and practical sun shading, drawing inspiration from the rich architectural language of the Kenyan coast. A spacious rooftop terrace, accessed via an external staircase, offers an elevated retreat for relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying panoramic views and spectacular coastal sunsets. Simple yet refined, the residence demonstrates how contemporary architecture can respond to its environment, combining clean modern design with timeless coastal elements to create a serene holiday home that celebrates light, breeze, and outdoor living.
