Project Overview

Completed in 2016, this industrial project involved the design and construction of a new facility to accommodate Kenya Wine Agencies Limited's (KWAL) Tetra Brix Aseptic (TBA) production line—an advanced packaging technology. Our scope of work included the construction of the production godown housing the TBA plant, supervision of the installation of the production line, and the development of modern production offices strategically positioned to provide clear oversight of the manufacturing process. The project demanded close coordination between the building works and the installation of specialized industrial equipment to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency. This commission reflects our capability in delivering complex industrial developments, combining architectural design, construction supervision, and project coordination to support modern manufacturing facilities.
